NUTRITION FOR IDGIT, ​HE RECEIVES TWO MEALS A DAY
Idgit Hatch Date 10-30-2007  Idgit is eighteen years old
8 AM  Breakfast Feeding Idgit gets fresh raw mostly organic chop, 80% vegetable, 20% fruit. 
There is a description of the many ingredients we use for chopping on this website site, Chop includes coconut meat every other day because a friend brings us free coconut often.
3 PM Dinner Feeding, Idgit gets an evening feeding of my mixed dried foods. Tops cold pressed organic pellets (Large size pellets) are mixed with numerous dried items I purchase from Nuts.com, they are dried coconut chips, dried pumpkin seeds, dried cloves, dried star anis, dried CYLON CINNAMON STICKS ONLY (I crush them into smaller pieces) 
IMPORTANT  DO NOT FEED REGULAR CINNAMON STICKS TO PARROTS  IT IS TOXIC.  
I also add to the mix a handful of several different kinds of dried flowers,  
Starwest Botanicals Organic Red Rose Buds & Petals Whole, 1 Pound, 
Starwest Botanicals Organic Calendula Flowers Whole, 1 Pound,
Starwest Botanical Organic Chamomile Flower Whole (Egypt), 1 Pound,
​Anthony's Organic Chamomile Flowers, 1 lb, Whole, Loose Leaf, Gluten Free, Non GMO, Non Irradiated
