Ara has always had a fascination for foot ware, any kind of shoes. She just wants to see what you are wearing on your feet. She has never been given shoes to chew. She has been held close to shoes being worn by visitors. She is always visually interest.

8 AM Ara gets fresh raw mostly organic chop, 80% vegetable, 20% fruit. She does not eat much of it

12 Noon Feeding because Ara does not eat much chop she gets a mid-day meal consisting of Zupreen NUT BLEND pellets with several dried banana chips (banana chip by Gerbs no sugar added and no sulfur dioxide, plus one pistachio in shell, three pinenuts in the shell, one Lafeber's Tropical Fruit Nutriberrie for large birds, plus one whole hard nut in the shell each day (I alternate the nuts, giving almond and hazel nut the same day because they are small nuts, and giving a large walnut, soft shell pecan or Brazil nuts on alternate days.
3 PM Dinner, Ara gets an evening feeding of my mixed dried foods. Tops cold pressed organic pellets (Large size pellets) are mixed with numerous dried items I purchase from Nuts.com, they are dried coconut chips, dried pumpkin seeds, dried cloves, dried star anis, dried CYLON CINNAMON STICKS (I crush them into smaller pieces) DO NOT FEED REGULAR CINNAMON STICKS TO PARROTS IT IS TOXIC.
I also add to the mix a handful of several different kinds of dried flowers,
